OTAK Industry manufactures and supplies doors (WPC, aluminium, glass) and aluminium systems to each customer's own specification. Confirming an order is final acceptance of the chosen technical specification; material changes cannot be requested once production has begun.

• Where the customer supplies the measurements, the customer is fully responsible for their accuracy and for their match to the site.
• Where our technicians carry out the site survey, we guarantee that the finished product matches the measurements recorded.
• The site must be ready and clear of structural obstructions on the agreed survey or installation date; delays caused otherwise may incur additional charges.

• All prices on this website are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to VAT in line with the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
• Online payments are processed through licensed payment gateways accepting mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
• Instalment options are available through Tabby and Tamara, subject to those providers' terms.
• An order is confirmed once the agreed payment is settled; the production window starts from the date payment is confirmed.

We warrant the materials and workmanship against manufacturing defects for a defined period starting on the installation date. The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, servicing by unauthorised parties, natural disasters, or any modification made to the product.
