Delivery Policy

This page sets out the expected time to ship and deliver orders, how delivery is coordinated with the shipping company, and how shipping charges are calculated.

1. Shipping and delivery time

1.1 Delivery time

Shipping and delivery take 3 to 14 working days, excluding the weekly days off (Friday and Saturday) and public holidays.
The shipping waybill or delivery invoice is issued once the invoice amount has reached the company's official accounts. This usually takes 3 to 7 working days from payment and may vary depending on the paying bank.

1.2 Coordination with the shipping company

The shipping company contacts the customer to arrange receipt of the order. If the customer does not respond or cannot be reached, the order is returned to the company's warehouses.
Any additional charges the shipping company applies for returning or re-sending a consignment are collected from the customer before redelivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their contact details and delivery address are correct. Any additional charges arising from incorrect details or from the customer not responding to the shipping company are borne by the customer.

2. Shipping charges

How shipping is charged

Shipping charges depend on the actual weight of the item and are calculated at the company's approved rates.
Interior doors: each door weighs 35 to 95 kg; shipping costs SAR 3 per kg.
Exterior doors: each door weighs 60 to 120 kg; shipping costs SAR 3 per kg.
Wall cladding: each panel weighs 2 to 5 kg; shipping costs SAR 3 per kg.
